What is Eyebrow Transplant?
Eyebrow transplantation is the process of creating eyebrows for people who have sparse or no eyebrows by using hair transplantation methods. This procedure is generally preferred due to aesthetic concerns, sparse eyebrows or irregular eyebrow structure.
Eyebrow transplantation is usually performed using the FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique. In this method, individual hair follicles (roots) are taken from donor areas such as the nape of the neck or behind the ear and transplanted to the eyebrow area.
Eyebrow transplantation is performed under local anesthesia and usually takes 1-2 hours. The recovery process after the procedure takes approximately 7-10 days.
